Right after graduating, Jaime spearheaded the international rollout of Vascobelo, a premium coffee label with offices in London, Amsterdam, and Tokyo, scaling it to 200 FTEs and 38 locations in under five years.

He then launched ING’s new Innovation Banking division, advising and financing hundreds of fast-growing technology companies, including unicorns like Collibra.

Jaime also served as a guest lecturer in Finance and Spin-Off consultant at the University of Brussels.

After setting up his own real estate fund, he founded Vesper Ventures to combine his entrepreneurial, investor, and banking experience as an M&A advisor for growth-focused entrepreneurs.

Outside of work, Jaime enjoys cooking dinners at home, often with a glass of wine, and spending time with his family.
