Ian provides M&A and financial advisory services, partnering with founders, management teams, and investors on buyouts, growth capital, and strategic transactions. With experience across the full deal cycle, he is involved in both the origination and execution of investments and exits, helping clients achieve sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

He has developed his expertise through roles in investment banking, strategy consulting, and private equity. Prior to joining Vesper Ventures, Ian gained experience at J.P. Morgan, Capital A, Fortino Capital, Down 2 Earth Capital, Roland Berger, and Kempen & Co, where he worked on a range of transactions across industries in the Benelux.

Ian holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys cooking and fitness. During his student years, he spent several days a week working in a restaurant kitchen, fostering a lasting passion for food and creativity.
